Remi Motors General
The REMI ‘KER’ series totally enclosed fan cooled induction motors with ‘F’ class insulation IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) frame size have higher power to weight ratio and dimensional interchangeability with other BIS and IEC series motors. Now easy to replace bearing arrangement is introduced for low noise and vibration levels.

The motors are manufactured in modern factory having winding department with vacuum impregnation plant, centrifugal die-casting department for rotors, etc., with latest testing facilities, innovative production techniques and strict quality control. The motors not only meet inspection and testing standards of BIS but also rigid German Standards of our licensee VEB Kombinat Electromaschinenbau Germany who have developed the ‘KER’ Series motors after many years of research and manufacturing experience.

CONSTRUCTION :
The stator and rotor core is made of low loss high grade CRNO steel laminations for higher efficiency. The rotor is dynamically balanced. Stator and rotor surface are specially treated for protection against corrosion. The terminal box can be shifted by 90'. These motors are offered with IP-55 protection and enclosure confirming to IEC 0141.

WINDINGS :
Winding insulation is Class ‘F’ specially treated to withstand 90% relative humidity. The insulating material is resistant to action of microbes, fungi and chemically aggressive gases, dust etc. POWER RATING : REMI motors can be subject to 50% overload for two minutes stall time. Motors for special voltage and frequency can be supplied on request. Motors below 2.2 KW (3 HP) can be started direct on line and hence these motors are available with three terminals in Terminal Box and motors above this size are delta connected with six terminals in Terminal Box.

Flameproof Stirrer
These Stirrers are specially designed brushless AC v speed stirrers driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load,

Model RQ140/D-FP is with flameproof motor & frequency inverter inside flameproof enclosure, suitable for use in Group II A & U B hazardous areas.

Stirrers have steady & constant speed for viscous materials and solutions that change viscosity during mixing. Stirrers have built in digital RPM indicator for process validation and reproducibility

RQ-127A/D suitable for homogenizing of tissues at high speed available. Chuck to hold shaft upto 10mm die fitted with Teflon grinding pestle. 50 ml. RQ-127/D, RQ-130/D, RQ-130B/D are with AC/DC motor, these units are 3 bladed impeller (optional Saw Cutter) housed in flange type cage. Optional digital speed indicator for precise setting of speed.

RQ-140/DE specially designed brushless AC variable speed Emulsifier driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load. Steady & constant speed Ideal for solutions that change viscosity 4prlng mixing. Emulsifier has built in digital RPM indicator or process validation and reproducibility.

Gear Drive Stirrers
The Geared Stirrers are specially designed for a broad spectrum of applications requiring low speed & high torque for stirring of viscous fluids & material. These stirrers are used in routine laboratory work, research arid development, QK analysis and sample preparations.

The user has choice of different types of drive La, KG Drive, AG! DO Drive & PMDG with stepless speed regulations for continuous variation of speed as per requirements
